Design And Engineering Inspection Manager

Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design & Engineering Inspections Manager to join our esteemed team. As a key player in the management of infrastructure projects, you will provide an additional layer of quality control during the construction phase of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that all necessary statutory authority NOCs, permits, and design approvals are accessible on site during construction.
• Review and approve all comments related to submittals, including contractor design drawings, shop drawings, materials, and alternative proposals submitted by the contractors.
• Perform scheduled site inspections to verify installations in alignment with the contract documents.
• Carry out unscheduled inspections to confirm that construction adheres to F&E standards, policies, and specifications.
• Evaluate and approve the contractor’s method statement for installation and execution of the works.
• Assess and approve the contractor’s testing and commissioning plan, procedures, and method statements.

Requirements

Education
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Engineering or Construction or equivalent
Project Management Qualification (PMI, APM or equivalent)

Experience
10+ years of experience in construction management and supervision support for the implementation and closure of projects.
