Design and Sales Lead

The Business

Elemento Living is our outdoor furniture business, the sister company to CPS Outdoors, a Miami

Beach custom pool and outdoor living builder. We furnish high-end residential and commercial

outdoor spaces, and we work closely with CPS on design-build projects.

The Role

We're hiring an interior designer who specializes in outdoor furniture and who sells. This is a

blended design and sales role: the person shapes the look of a client's outdoor space, builds the

furniture package, presents it, and closes it. They own the client relationship from first meeting to

signed order.

Must-Haves

• Outdoor furniture design background. Interior design experience with a clear specialty in outdoor furniture and outdoor living spaces.
• 10+ years in the industry
• Currently in a sales role
• Millions in current sales

Why Sales Matters as Much as Design

Design talent alone isn't enough for this seat. We need someone with real sales grit: they

prospect, follow up, handle objections, and close. Weigh closing ability and a proven revenue

track record as heavily as the portfolio.

Strong Pluses

• Existing relationships with outdoor furniture brands, manufacturers, and trade showrooms.
• A book of high-end residential clients, designers, architects, or builders who refer work.
• Luxury or hospitality project experience, ideally in South Florida.
• Comfortable working alongside a construction and design-build team.
