This role is the centrepiece of the corporate-grade sales team we're building for it.
You will own the client experience at Kajaria Galaxy — from first walk-in to closed deal. This is not an order-taking role. You will consult, design, negotiate, and close deals with your own pricing authority, without escalating to management.
What you will do:
Handle walk-in clients, architects, and interior designers end-to-end
• Recommend tile and surface combinations room by room across Kajaria and Nexion ranges
• Use visualization tools and sample boards
• Quote, negotiate, and close independently within a defined pricing framework
• Own a monthly sales target of ₹30 lakhs (3-month ramp-up)
• Build repeat relationships with architects and project clients across Tumkur and surrounding districts.
