Design Consultant at Reform's Copenhagen showroom, acting as the first point of contact for kitchen and storage project customers — welcoming them in person, online, and by phone, creating layouts, design proposals, and budget estimates, and managing leads in a CRM. Combines design and sales, requiring fluent Danish and English and a design or architecture background.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers in our showroom, online, and over the phone
- Help customers explore ideas for their kitchen and storage projects during the week and Saturdays
- Create initial layouts, design proposals, and budget estimates
- Manage incoming leads and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with Reform
- Contribute to sales goals while always putting the customer experience first
- Help create a showroom environment that feels welcoming and inspiring
Requirements
- Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written
- A background in design, architecture, interior design or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding people's needs
- A structured and proactive approach to your work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
