Design Coordinator, Architecture (Building Project)
Summary
Coordinates architectural design and construction drawings for building projects, supervises site progress, and liaises with consultants and contractors.
Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 GeneralBuilder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.
JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)
- Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
- Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
- Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Architecture with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with building project experience
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
