Design Coordinator (Architecture)

Location: Anson Road/ Orchard Road/ Site/ Redhill MRT Station (Office)
Working days: 5 days
Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare construction and shop drawings, ensuring timely submission and approval.
- Monitor site progress and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with BIM Modellers on architectural design and coordination works.
- Support tender preparation and related activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of relevant experience in maincon firms.
- Able to interpret and understand construction drawings.
- Experience in hotel or building projects.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
