Job Summary
Support the Project Manager to coordinate design development, manage authority submissions, and ensure timely approvals for infrastructure construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary design works and manage interfaces to ensure seamless project integration
- Manage submissions and approvals with authorities and agencies to secure necessary clearances
- Liaise with consultants and design teams to monitor and deliver design outputs on schedule
- Track design progress and proactively resolve design issues to maintain project timelines
- Organize coordination meetings and maintain accurate records of submissions and approvals
- Ensure all required approvals are obtained to align with the construction schedule and project milestones
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field with relevant infrastructure or construction project experience
- Knowledge of authority and agency clearance processes to facilitate timely approvals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office to support design coordination and documentation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on LTA or major infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with BIM software to enhance design coordination and visualization
