Design Coordinator - Structural
Our client, a big construction firm, is looking for a Design Coordinator - Structural to join their team.

Basic Salary up to S$7K, comes with VB!
Job Scope
- Coordinate and review design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory authority requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, while planning, monitoring, and reporting the progress of shop drawing production.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.
- Address construction-related drawing issues and liaise closely with Architectural and M&E teams, as well as relevant authorities.
- Lead and supervise a team of BIM Modelers in producing coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PEB Singapore) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.
