Marketing at Tractian
The Tractian Marketing team bridges the gap between our innovative products and the technical audience we serve, combining Growth, Branding, and Product Marketing to reach and resonate with both prospects and customers.
Our team collaborates deeply with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our visual identity and messaging reflect Tractian expertise and commitment to operational excellence.

What will you do
As Design Coordinator, you will scale the team that defines how a fast-scaling global brand looks and communicates. Scaling here means three things at once: growing and developing the people, raising the brand itself as the company grows, and building the tools, workflows, and AI-powered processes that let the team produce more without losing quality.
This role is for a creative leader who owns the brand at a technical level, sets direction with credibility earned through craft, and treats AI as part of how modern creative teams work. You develop people as deliberately as you develop work, and you are energized by building the creative foundation of a company while it scales.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, grow, and retain the design team, owning hiring at a consistent cadence, structured feedback, career progression, and the rituals a fast-growing team needs.
  • Own the brand system end to end: visual identity, guidelines, and the governance that keeps every touchpoint and every market on-brand as output scales.
  • Define and track brand health through a clear measurement framework, including aided/unaided awareness, consideration, brand preference, share of search, branded search trends, brand associations, and consistency across key markets and touchpoints.
  • Build and evolve the design system, tracking its efficiency (component reuse, speed to produce, consistency across assets) and improving it over time.
  • Set creative direction across brand and marketing design, holding one quality bar across Brazil, Mexico, and the U.S.
  • Bring AI into the team’s daily practice. Use it to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration, and raise the whole team’s output without lowering the bar.
  • Move the team from regional execution toward global creative strategy, so each market shapes the work instead of only delivering it.
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to turn business goals into creative that supports acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Direct, brief, and critique high-impact projects with creative authority, setting the vision without becoming the production bottleneck.
  • Help sharpen brand positioning and messaging around the Industrial AI category, working with marketing leadership and external agencies.
  • Run creative operations (onboarding, naming, QA, and workflows) so quality stays high across many projects at once.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 6+ years in brand and creative design, with real experience leading and developing a design or brand team, not only delivering as an individual.
  • Deep brand management. You have owned brand governance, kept a visual identity consistent at scale, and can define what good looks like in a way the team can follow.
  • You measure the brand. You know how to track brand evolution, creative performance, and design-system efficiency, and you use that data to make decisions, not just to report.
  • AI-native creative. You already use AI tools every day to speed up your own process, from ideation to image and video generation to iteration, and you actively push a team to work the same way.
  • Direction-setter who still contributes creatively: you brief, storyboard, and critique with authority earned through craft.
  • Strong people-development skills across coaching, feedback, and career progression.
  • Ownership of brand and messaging, not only execution, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context.
  • Strong portfolio across branding, brand systems, and high-impact creative for digital and campaigns.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with real fluency building and scaling design systems.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast, test-and-iterate pace.
  • English for daily work with global stakeholders. Portuguese and/or Spanish a strong plus.

Bonus Points
  • Experience leading a rebrand or building a brand identity from scratch.
  • Built AI workflows, custom agents, or automations that measurably sped up a creative team.
  • Background bridging brand, product, and digital design across regions.
  • Previous experience in sales enablement or product marketing.
  • Familiarity with motion design (After Effects) and 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Exposure to B2B, industrial, or technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation
  • 30 days of paid annual leave
  • Education and courses stipend
  • Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years
  • R$1.035/month for meals allowance
  • Health plan with national coverage and without coparticipation
  • Dental Insurance: we help you with dental treatment for a better quality of life.
  • Wellhub Membership: Access a wide range of gyms and training programs.
