Design cum Showroom Consultant (Interior Design/Material Knowledge) (YS81)

Responsibilities:

• Consult with homeowners, architects, and designers to understand design needs and project requirements.
• Develop design concepts and recommend suitable stone, tiles, and architectural surfaces.
• Prepare floor plans, layouts, technical drawings, and customised design details.
• Guide clients from material selection and design development through to project execution.
• Coordinate with contractors and fabricators to ensure designs are practical and buildable.
• Manage material specifications, schedules, procurement, and shop drawing reviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
