Design Engineer (ACMV)

  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working hours: 5.5-day workweek
  • Mon – Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Sat: 8.30 – 12.30pm
  • Salary: $4,500 - $6,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing ACMV system layouts, schematics, and specifications.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Working with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring designs meet local regulations and project requirements.
  • Addressing any design-related issues during the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, HVAC principles, and relevant codes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), or other relevant software.
  • Ability to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in relevant Building / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in construction M & E or ACMV Projects.
