Design Engineer

Design Engineer — Remote within LATAM (Mexico preferred)

Choose Your Horizon (telehealth) is hiring a Design Engineer: design-led, and you ship what you design in React Native, Next.js, and Tailwind. You'd own a mobile-first product (70% app / 30% web): design end-to-end flows (onboarding, tracking, lessons, insights), build and QA them, and split-test your own ideas against real KPIs.

Research-driven (Mobbin is daily kit), AI-forward (Claude Code / Cursor), and a self-starter who takes an ambiguous goal and runs. Comfortable in React Native / Next.js / Tailwind, enough to prototype and ship without waiting on an engineer. Fluent English, written and spoken, is a must: our team and docs run in it.

Location: Remote within LATAM. Mexico preferred (CDMX and the Bajio) for occasional in-person time. US-friendly hours. Competitive USD comp.
