Design & Engineering
- Review contract documents and project specifications to identify engineering requirements and scope of work.
- Prepare preliminary and base design drawings, including\:
- Main Single Line Diagram (SLD)
- Revenue Metering (R&M) SLD
- Interlocking Philosophy and Schematics
- DC System Diagrams
- AC System Diagrams
- Protection and Control Schematics
- Perform design calculations for\:
- DC System Packages
- AC Auxiliary Systems
- CT Verification
- VT Verification
- Battery Sizing and Load Calculations
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings for protection and control panels.
- Develop panel wiring diagrams, terminal arrangements, cable schedules, and associated documentation.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for protection and control panels.
- Develop LV control cables BOQs and cable schedules.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding technical submittals, drawings, and engineering requirements.
- Follow up on engineering deliverables and vendor documentation.
- Participate in technical meetings with suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Project Teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.
Testing & Commissioning Support
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and support the review of testing reports.
- Assist in resolving technical issues identified during manufacturing, FAT, commissioning, or project execution phases.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper coding and document numbering in accordance with project and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate engineering records and ensure timely submission of project deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, client specifications, and quality requirements.
