Design Engineer Intern: Industrial Automation & Robotics

FlexLink is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the development of industrial automation solutions, including conveyor systems and robotic applications. You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute to machine design, documentation, and testing.

The role offers hands-on experience in an international environment, with opportunities to travel within Italy and abroad, and to develop technical and collaborative skills on modern production solutions.

Design machinery and equipment for conveyor and automation systems. Assist in optimizing existing technical solutions under guidance of senior engineers. Prepare and update technical project documentation (drawings, BOMs, manuals). Support assembly and testing activities, helping resolve technical issues. Interact with Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure project execution. Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Mechatronics. Interest in design of industrial machinery and production systems. Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and automation.
