About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer (Outdoor Unit) to support the development of air conditioner products, focusing on structural design and outdoor unit engineering.

This role is responsible for ensuring product designs meet customer requirements, performance standards, and manufacturability, while supporting testing, validation, and mass production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design structural components for air conditioner outdoor units

  • Create and maintain 2D and 3D drawings using SolidWorks

  • Develop and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for production

  • Conduct structural testing and analysis to ensure product performance and reliability

  • Ensure designs comply with customer requirements and international standards

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design and structural performance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and production

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 0-2 years of experience in 2D/3D design using SolidWorks

  • Knowledge of air conditioning systems (refrigerant cycle, piping, components) is preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good teamwork and communication skills

  • Basic to good command of English
