DESIGN ENGINEER
Summary
Oversees construction projects by reviewing plans, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, efficiency, and deadlines in Singapore.
• Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
• Monitor progress and ascertain whether phases of the construction process are in compliance with building plans and project deadlines.
• Direct supervision of all subcontractors hired by the company including MEP, interior and civil constriction.
• Evaluate technical proposal submission of subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors and other contractors to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program.
• Attend meeting with all relevant parties pertaining to progress, technical and quality assessment matters.
• Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent with relevant working experience.
• At least minimum 3 years’ experience in the Construction sector.
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
