Job Title: Design Engineering Supervisor
Job Summary :
This role is responsible for managing engineering projects, supervising design engineers, and ensuring all design activities are completed in accordance with technical, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Location: Bekasi , Cikarang
What you will do :
- Reviewing and approving engineering designs, coordinating prototype development and validation activities, managing engineering change processes
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
- Driving innovation, improving product performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
What you shall bring :
- Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills, with experience in product design, engineering development, and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to lead teams, solve complex technical challenges, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
- Trackable record to strengthen engineering leadership, support business growth, and enhance the organization's product development and innovation capabilities.
