DESIGN & ESTIMATION ENGINEER
- Review tender documents,drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare conceptual andpreliminary MEP designs, engineering calculations, technical proposals, costestimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and tender submissions.
- Source and evaluate quotationsfrom suppliers and subcontractors, including technical and commercialcomparisons.
- Coordinate with clients,consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, regional offices, and internaldepartments throughout the tender process.
- Propose value engineering andalternative design solutions to improve technical feasibility and costcompetitiveness.
- Provide technicalclarifications during tender evaluation and technical support during projecthandover, where required.
- Maintain tender documentation,cost databases, and estimation templates.
- Work closely with the TenderTeam and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and successful tendersubmissions.
- Perform other duties assignedby the Tender Manager or Management.
