Oversee interior decoration and on-site construction for a data center project, reviewing drawings, managing materials, and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Job Description
Responsible for organizing decoration works and managing on-site construction activities.
Review decoration construction drawings and participate in detailed design development and material confirmation.
Supervise construction quality, progress, and safety to ensure compliance with project standards.
Organize inspection and acceptance of sub-projects and coordinate rectification of quality issues.
Coordinate decoration works with MEP, structural, and other related disciplines during cross-construction.
Prepare, organize, and submit technical documents related to decoration works.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in decoration / interior construction projects.
Familiar with decoration construction drawings, materials, and site management.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
Mandarin communication ability is preferred.
