About the Role:
We are looking for a Specialist - Design (Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical environment. As a Specialist within the Design (Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling) team, you will be responsible for performing all critical tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.
What you'll deliver:
- Design and develop complex jigs, fixtures, and IC tools for aerospace structures and assemblies
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, weight, and usability a
- 4+ years of experience in tooling design domain with strong CAD skills in SolidWorks or similar tools
- Interpret customer drawings, manage design data release, and handle change requests
- Perform GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
- Select suitable materials and apply knowledge of heat treatment and special processes (EDM, wire cut, grinding, etc.)
- Coordinate with production for troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of total working experience in related domain
- Qualification: BE/ME in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical.
- Fluent Knowledge & Competency of CAD Software & deep Understanding & Competency of engineering design principles
- Fluent Knowledge & Competency of mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic and automation design
- Knowledge & Competency of GD&T, fits and tolerances, aerospace materials, manufacturing processes & treatments
- Fluent understanding & competency of quality management systems and ISO9001/AS9100 standards
- Fluent ability to identify risks, manage them and develop mitigating actions

- Fluent knowledge of Solidworks/NX / CATIA / software
- Fluent knowledge of CAD software-based automation
- Experience of working with leading ERP software like - Epicor / SAP / NetSuite
- Great sense of humour
