Design Lead
We’re looking for a Sr. Experience Designer who is really excited about simplifying complex business workflows and love creating compelling and intuitive UX design solutions. As a
Sr. Experience Designer you will be responsible for the research, planning, design, and documentation of user interfaces for web-based, mobile, and desktop applications.
This position involves conceiving and conducting user interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. As a
Sr. Designer, you will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing and feedback. You will be responsible for building a great user experience that enables user to do their job more effectively in connected, efficient, and interactive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive UX/UI design
- Drive the experience design process among cross functional project teams, by setting right expectations and plan
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, reusable UX components, front-end libraries, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions based on a user-centered design approach; rapidly test and iterate your designs based on business requirements
- Create graphics and web layouts that highlight important insights, clarify complex data, and create a narrative flow to maximize user impact
- Should be able to implement “lean” approach to product development where you and the team strive towards creating an MVP early by validating design decisions & learnings that leads to shorter cycle times and more customer value
- Support multiple long- and short-term projects while actively prioritizing workflow based on ROI, and business value generated
What You’ll Need
- Degree in a related discipline with 6+ years’ experience in product/UI design solutions based in completely digital environments
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), human Computer interaction, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
- Ability to work with a geographically distributed team to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet client needs and business vision
- Fluency with standard design software and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Invision etc.)
- Strong visual design, brand, and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients
- Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and innovation.
- Enjoys collaborating with product owners and business analysts to design innovative solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 134,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
