Design Manager

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept through to validation and production. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs meet the required specifications and standards. Key responsibilities include managing design projects, conducting design reviews, and ensuring compliance with APQP and PFMEA methodologies. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining control plans, as well as utilizing CAD and CAM software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD, to produce high-quality designs.
