Design & Production Assistant

Stone Aurate is a Singapore-based bespoke jewelry studio creating engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom fine jewelry. We believe jewelry should feel personal, thoughtful, and made to last.

Join us as a Design & Production Assistant, supporting bespoke jewelry projects through design documentation, client presentations, production preparation, and day-to-day studio operations. This is an entry-level role with direct mentorship, on-the-job training, and opportunities to grow as you develop your skills. No prior jewelry experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare design presentations and technical packs for production

  • Prepare client-facing design materials and presentation layouts based on completed CAD designs

  • Organize design references, mood boards, and project documentation

  • Assist the founder with design development and creative projects

  • Prepare files and information for production partners and designers

  • Support day-to-day studio operations when required

Who You Are

  • Design-related education or experience is a bonus, but not required

  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Comfortable working with visual layouts and presentation materials

  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Rhino, Blender, or other design software
