Design Professional - Beijing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by other utilizing Revit software.
Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.
Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.

Reports to Project Architect and Senior Architect.

Assists Project Architect to coordinate with other design consultants as need.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required.
Proficiency in Revit required.
Proficiency in using Ai-powered tools to generate image and renderings.
Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred.
Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
