Why This Role Matters
As a Civil Engineer - Design Professional in the Industrial Development with 0-3 years you’ll play a key role in supporting the firm and shaping projects that make a difference—from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate with talented teammates, contribute your expertise, and help us deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions for those we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Entry level of professional work requiring a bachelor’s degree in engineering and no experience, or equivalent
- Works under close supervision with specific and detailed instructions
- Performs a variety of routine tasks to gain familiarity with engineering staff, methods, practices, and programs
- Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments
- Usually assumes no responsibility for direction of others
- May assist in development of selected clients through marketing
