Design release engineer for chassis/brake systems at Dorle Controls in Auburn Hills, MI: designs and releases brake components, performs brake system modeling, sizing and analysis, runs vehicle/brake testing, and leads DFMEA/SFMEA and DVP-R validation using structured problem-solving methods like Shainin, DFSS, and Red X.

Proven problem solving skillset (ie: Shainin, DFSS, Red X, etc.) and analytical skillset.
Brake testing/development experience or Chassis development, valid driver's license
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in vehicle testing, preferably brake testing
Brake system modeling and system analysis experience
Design and release experience of brake components
