Designer

Munters is seeking a motivated Junior Designer to contribute to 3D modeling, technical drawings, and documentation across projects in a collaborative environment.

You will support engineering teams, prepare technical docs, and help drive standardization and continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic CAD skills are essential. The role offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to diverse product development activities within a global company.

Creation and maintenance of 3D models and technical drawings Support of engineering projects and product development activities Preparation and management of technical documentation Contribution to standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo or similar). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. English proficiency (written and spoken). Previous experience in a technical design or engineering environment is a plus.
