The Food Service Designer creates kitchen, seating, and restroom layouts for the hospitality industry, ensuring compliance with building and health codes. The role involves collaborating with architects and engineers using tools like Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam.

We are looking for a full-time Food Service Designer to work with us in one of the best industries in Hawaii, the Hospitality & Food Service Industry. The ideal candidate will be personable, outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently. A strong background in Revit, BIM, and Bluebeam is highly sought after.

  • Participates in the development, implementation, and creation of designs for our customers.
  • Space Programming and Planning – develop kitchen, seating, and restroom layouts following building, ADA, and health codes.
  • Review details of spec sheets & shop drawings for utility information.
  • Assist with reviewing shop drawings.
  • Communicate with architects, engineers, vendors, and customers to review plans and discuss changes.
  • Track billable and non-billable hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.
