Designer
You will own the end-to-end design of a professional perpetual trading experience, including wallet connection, onboarding, order entry, position management, and portfolio views. You will create interfaces and reusable design-system components, conduct research, prototype solutions, document specifications, partner with engineers, and review shipped work for quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Design the core trading interface, including markets, order entry, positions, balances, and charts
- Create intuitive solutions for margin, liquidation states, funding rates, and profit and loss workflows
- Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and patterns
- Own the design process from research and ideation through prototyping and production handoff
- Partner with frontend and protocol engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
- Produce detailed specifications and documentation to guide development
- Review shipped work and quality-assure design assets for consistency
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and optimization opportunities
- Support marketing with brand assets
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Ability to make complex, data-heavy concepts intuitive
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, including components, shared libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions
- Experience designing trading interfaces, orderbook user interfaces, or financial products
- Strong English communication skills
