DESIGNER(FACADE CURTAIN WALL)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Facade Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing facade design solutions for various architectural and building projects, coordinating with consultants and project teams, and preparing technical drawings and design documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings, tender drawings, fabrication drawings, cutting lists, and related technical documentation.
• Manage and coordinate design works for assigned projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams on design and technical matters.
• Develop facade design concepts, technical detailing, and practical engineering solutions for projects.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical submissions in accordance with project requirements.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical requirements to ensure compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate closely with architects, project engineers, consultants, contractors.
• Ensure facade systems and designs comply with project standards, authority requirements, and performance specifications.
• Support project execution from design development through fabrication and construction stages.
• Attend project meetings, coordination sessions, and site inspections when required.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Alum and Glazing Design design works.
• Responsible, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Well in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office software.
• Team player with positive attitude; willing to learn.
• At least Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or a related field and above.
• Singapore Citizen and Permant Residence are preferred. (Foreigners with relevant experience will also be considered)
