GWYNEDD Designer
Summary
A hands-on senior creative at a defense manufacturer who shoots and edits professional photo and video content (product, action, and behind-the-scenes manufacturing) using Sony cameras and Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, while also supporting graphic design, brand consistency, and marketing campaigns.
Gwynedd Manufacturing, a growing defense contractor located in North Wales, PA, is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to producing quality products for the U.S. Department of Defense and various U.S. Federal Law Enforcement Agencies. As an innovative company offering a wide array of products, we strive to continuously develop new technology and drive process improvement.
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer with strong professional photography and videography skills to lead the development and execution of compelling visual content across digital, social media, marketing, and print platforms.
The primary focus of this role will be capturing and producing high-quality photo and video content, including product photography, action footage, product demonstrations, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes manufacturing footage, and other visual assets that showcase our products and brand.
The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable behind a Sony camera as they are behind a computer, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, visual storytelling, and post-production. This individual will take projects from concept through final delivery, including planning shoots, operating professional camera equipment, capturing footage, editing photo and video content, color correction, sound, and preparing final assets for various platforms.
Graphic design and brand development experience is also an important component of the position, as the Senior Designer will use their creative skills to support broader marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all visual content.
This position is ideal for a hands-on creative professional who wants to be actively involved in shooting, editing, designing, and developing visual content, rather than a role focused exclusively on traditional graphic design.
