The Designer II creates CAD models and drawings for trailer weldments and assemblies, manages Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP software, and provides mentorship to junior team members.
The Designer II is responsible for using their knowledge of design and Fellings capabilities in creating novel solutions for Fellings customers on time and in budget. This is accomplished through the creation of models and drawings of weldments, assemblies and parts used throughout Felling using Computer Aided Design. Designer II is also responsible for BOM creation with the aid of ERP software. The Designer II will use their experience to bring ideas to Engineering Management and to mentor coworkers and subordinates.
