The Reality Labs team is at the forefront of building the future of connections through innovative wearable technology and immersive VR/mixed reality experiences. We are seeking a talented and passionate designer to help define, deliver, and maintain visual design systems and brand development across our wearables and metaverse portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of brand craft and scalable creative for performance and growth channels. You will develop template systems and design guidelines that enable high-volume, high-quality creative delivery across digital marketing touchpoints, while ensuring every asset upholds the integrity of our brand systems. This role requires demonstrated experience in conceptual design development, curiosity, and creative problem-solving in a environment with evolving priorities and concurrent projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agency partners to translate brand guidelines into creative solutions that perform across digital channels.
