Designer Officer

1. Project Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure design intent is implemented on site.

• Attend project meetings, site meetings, and multi-disciplinary coordination sessions to resolve design and construction conflicts.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery.

• Conduct site measurements, supervise construction works, inspect materials and workmanship, and participate in acceptance/handover inspections.

2. Visual Presentation & Documentation

• Produce drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.

• Prepare design proposals, presentations, material boards, and client presentation documents.

• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, construction drawings, and as-built drawings.

3. Compliance & Approvals

• Familiar with relevant Singapore regulations and approval processes, including BCA, URA, SCDF, NParks, PUB, etc.

• Ensure designs comply with fire safety, accessibility, drainage, landscaping, and building control requirements.

• Assist in preparing drawings and documents for submission to relevant authorities.
