Job Responsibilities

At Trafilea, design is not just about aesthetics - it's about driving acquisition, conversion, and revenue. As a Creative Design Specialist for Acquisition, you'll take ownership of the performance creative ecosystem across paid channels, designing assets that directly impact how we capture the attention of new audiences and turn them into customers across our brands. You'll combine creativity, performance thinking, and AI-powered workflows to elevate how we attract, convert, and scale our customer base.

  • Lead the design and execution of paid media creative (static, video, and UGC-style ads) from concept to delivery across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other acquisition channels

  • Create high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives (ad creatives, landing pages, funnels) optimized for click-through and conversion

  • Define and improve creative testing frameworks, design guidelines, and workflows that enable rapid iteration and volume for performance marketing

  • Collaborate with paid media, data, and product teams to align creative with acquisition KPIs (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS)

  • Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX principles to maximize new-customer conversion

  • Generate innovative creative concepts and angles that improve top-of-funnel performance and lower acquisition costs

  • Ensure brand consistency across all acquisition touchpoints while adapting to platform-native formats

  • Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to elevate creative output and testing velocity

  • AI-first mindset: advanced user of Gen AI models (GPT 2, Nano banana 2, etc).

  • Background in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX, with 2+ years of experience designing for email marketing and retention-driven experiences.

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with hands-on experience building emails within an ESP (e.g., Klaviyo).

  • Solid understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX principles applied to landing pages and collections.

  • Ability to work within and maintain design systems and brand guidelines across multiple touchpoints.

  • Comfortable reading engagement and conversion metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion) to inform design iteration.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering with marketing, data, and product teams.

  • Attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into on-brand, high-performing creative under tight timelines.

  • Experience in AI-powered design tools and automations to improve speed and scalability.
