Deskside Support Engineer

Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 per year
Requirements:- Experience in Deskside, Desktop, or 2nd Line Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with device builds, imaging, deployment, and hardware support.
- Active Directory administration experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, antivirus, and endpoint security.
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Provide onsite support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral, and user issues.
- Build, image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support hardware refreshes, device rollouts, and new starter setups.
- Manage Active Directory accounts, password resets, and user administration.
- Troubleshoot printers, AV equipment, meeting room technology, and basic network issues.
- Update and manage tickets through the ITSM system, ensuring excellent communication with users.
