Deskside Support Engineer (pc support, Microsoft office)
Salary: $20,000 – $23,000 per month

Responsibilities:
Provides essential first-line technical support to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and connectivity
Troubleshooting issues, managing devices, and supporting business applications to maintain optimal productivity across the organization
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in deskside technical support role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with users at all levels.
Desired Qualifications:
Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field.
