Due to ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their Sydney-based IT team, providing high-quality support across a fast-paced and professional environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience providing Level 1/2 desktop support within a Windows environment
- Knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, and remote access technologies
- Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies and end-user support best practices
- Knowledge of VoIP, mobile, and internet technologies
- Exposure to networking equipment including switches, routers, and patch panels
- Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) and meeting room technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Change Management principles
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and provide exceptional user support
