Role: Desktop Support

Location - Juno Beach FL.

Position Type: Full Time

· Ability to interpret and execute tasks using technical instructions.

· Image workstations and laptops using corporate imaging software while following all technical guidelines

· Work with end users to survey existing software and files for transfer to new machine

· Knowledge of Active Directory users and Computers

· Ability to troubleshoot problems arising from Windows 7 to Windows 10 migrations

· High level understanding of ODBC connections and configuration of ODBC Data sources with the ability to troubleshoot connection problems from workstations to data sources and clearly report issues to software / file owner for resolution.

· Ability to add printers, drivers and other peripherals as needed

· Good customer services skills (Soft skills)

· Good time management skills

· Works with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
