• Win7/Win XP OS support
• Office 2003/2007/2010 support And office 365
• Executive end user trouble shooting skills
• Break/Fix troubleshooting experience in larger corporate environments
• The candidate must also be able to support Mobility Devices (phone and tablet) (setup and support) of multiple platforms including Apple, Android
