About the role

As the first point of contact for IT support, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support while taking ownership of incidents through to resolution.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to 350+ users
  • Support users face-to-face, on the phone and remotely
  • Manage user accounts, onboarding and access requests to different systems
  • Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, iPhones and additional Hardware, Software and Applications
  • Assist with SOE deployments, upgrades, and project work (rollout, migrations, etc.)
  • Maintain hardware and software asset management records
  • Support executive users with a high level of professionalism
  • Follow global IT processes while taking ownership of incidents from start to finish

What you'll bring

  • 2-3+ years' Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve issues independently.
  • SOE deployment or desktop rollout experience is highly regarded.
  • Driving license a plus
  • Relevant industry certifications such as ITIL, MSA, MCSE, etc.
