About the role
You'll join our Operations team, providing delivery and support of IT systems and infrastructure across our client base. You'll be the go-to person for end-user support - delivering hands-on technical solutions that keep our clients productive.
What you'll be doing
Technical support and infrastructure management:
Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for hosted services and end-user environments
Build, configure, support, and maintain PCs across client sites - getting the setup right the first time
Manage systems maintenance and security - patching, imaging, backups, antivirus, and Windows infrastructure management
Deliver both remote and on-site end-user support with a genuine focus on getting clients back up and running
Handle incoming support requests via calls and emails - logging, actioning, and prioritising based on client SLA and business impact
Record all interactions and updates in our CRM, keeping client information current and organised
Maintain comprehensive client documentation - asset inventories, procedures, infrastructure records
Who we are looking for
Core skills and experience:
At least 1 year in IT support, ideally in a managed services environment
Proven hands-on experience supporting and implementing Windows Infrastructure
Intermediate skills with the latest Windows Desktop operating systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Modern Work environments
Strong problem-solving ability - you think through issues systematically
Excellent client-facing communication - you explain technical concepts clearly and build confidence
Self-motivated and organised - you manage your workload effectively without constant supervision
Meticulous attention to detail - accuracy matters in every ticket, every documentation update, every client interaction
Current, valid NZ driver's license
Nice to have:
Basic Windows Server skills
