Desktop Support Engineer

  • Hardware & Software: Install, configure, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and business applications.
  • Network & Security: Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and ensure antivirus and security protocols are active on all endpoints.
  • Ticket Management: Resolve or escalate IT issues through service management frameworks like ITIL and update ticketing systems.
  • User Support: Deliver both remote and hands-on assistance, providing new user orientation and ongoing system training
