Desktop Support Engineer (EAST Roving) (Fresh Grad are welcome)
Summary
Provide on-site IT support for computing devices, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing assets across multiple locations in Singapore.
Eligibility: Singaporean ONLY
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8;30am to 6pm
Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable)
Location: Need to work only 1 location per day, daily roving
Scope of services
• Perform Asset Management of Infrastructure and Computing Devices
• Provide computer support services (Troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance) for any supported software and hardware.
• Work with 3rd parties vendors
• Provide Training, Coaching and orienting users on how to use computer devices.
• Be responsible for completing assigned tasks on time and to the satisfaction of the users.
• Must be able to handle helpdesk duties.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec in IT-related qualification/Diploma in IT
• Fresh candidate with related IT Cert. can be considered, but must be proficient in Microsoft Words/ Excel/ Outlook.
• 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity Technical Skills and experience supporting Computing Devices
• Computing Devices Platform Supported: Windows, iOS, and Android
