Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Raffles Place/ Suntec
Job Overview
- Provide technical support for internal staff for 2-3 locations
- Responsible for troubleshooting, managing all IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. May need to support regional users via remote troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deployment and setup of computer for new/existing users
- Deployment of Printers
- Corporate mobile devices
- Application support on some financial systems
- M365, Sharepoint administrative support
- LAN/Wifi -Internet/intranet connection services
- File access
- Print services
- VPN services
- Asset and backup management
- Security Operations eg. Patch and antivirus management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and M365.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service focus
- Standby support for after offiice hours may be required.
