Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Handle basic network connectivity and LAN troubleshooting.
• Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, and other standard applications.
• Create, update, and track IT support tickets.
• Troubleshoot user login, password, and access-related issues.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of Windows Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, IP, DNS).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide end-user technical support.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately or within 10 days.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Chakan, Pune location.
