Job Summary

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer L0 for Tech Mahindra Business Services on the payroll of Fidelis Technology. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Handle Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support networking issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), user accounts, and password resets.
• Provide support for VPN, Microsoft 365, and email-related issues.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the agreed timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Candidate Requirements

• 01 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.
• Freshers with relevant basic technical knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, desktop/laptop hardware, and MS Office.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Must be comfortable working six days a week.
