Desktop Support Engineer
JOST Australia Pty. Ltd is a global leader in manufacturing and producer of safety critical products and components for commercial vehicles, our product range includes couplings, axles, suspension units, trailer systems, and waste-handling equipment. We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and expertise across our Australian and New Zealand operations. Due to the nature of the work and the industry, this role is an onsite position based at our National Head Office in the Melbourne suburb of Laverton North.

About the role…
Providing IT support to office, warehouse and remote users.
Windows 11, Microsoft 365, OneDrive and SharePoint support.
Setting up and supporting PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
Managing user accounts, access permissions, onboarding and offboarding tasks.
Maintaining asset records and IT documentation.
Working with vendors and senior IT staff to resolve issues.
Must have experience…
2+ years' experience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Support.
Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, PC, mobile device, and printer support.
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
