Desktop Support Engineer

Salary: $2,800 – $3,600 per month

Our Client:

• IT Service Provider

• Monday - Friday, Rotating shift (7.30am – 5.00pm / 9.00am – 6.30pm / 12.30pm – 10.00pm)

• Central - Raffles Place

• Basic UP $3600 + Completion Bonus
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 deskside support for hardware, software and end-user issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software problems to minimise downtime.

• Install and configure applications according to company standards.

• Set up user profiles, devices and peripherals, including IMACD activities.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software maintenance and repairs.

• Support workstation relocations and workspace changes.

• Conduct brief user orientation/training for new or updated setups.

• Assist with escalations and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in IT or related field.

• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
