- Providing Smart Hands support for network and infrastructure equipment.
- Supporting LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and other connectivity services.
- Managing incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.
- Delivering professional, customer-focused support in a busy operational environment.
What We're Looking For

Essential experience:
- Previous hands-on experience in desktop, end-user computing or IT support, ideally three years or more.
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, peripherals and mobile devices.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and wireless networking.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively on-site and manage competing support priorities.
Desirable:
- Experience supporting IT services in an airport, logistics, transport or other operationally critical environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management processes and ticketing systems.
- Experience providing Smart Hands support for network or server infrastructure.
Airport Security Requirements
As this role is based within an airport environment, employment will be subject to satisfactory completion of the relevant background screening and airport security requirements.
These may include verification of employment, education and other relevant activities over the preceding five years, together with any additional checks required for the applicable airport access pass.
